By using this website or booking services with FelipeBuiltCo, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions are meant to protect both the client and service provider and ensure clear expectations around communication, scheduling, payment, and project completion.

FelipeBuiltCo may require a deposit of 25% to secure certain jobs. This deposit will be applied toward the total project cost and is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service. Clients are allowed to reschedule one time, provided the change is made at least 48 hours in advance and has not been previously rescheduled.

Any time, materials, or labor already invested before cancellation will be reflected in the final total. Project timelines are estimated and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, material delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify clients promptly of any changes.
